  KFC is DELICIOUS. But this KFC has a great staff. The drive-through is fast, my order is always accurate, and the quality of the food is high. It's always fresh, delicious, and kept warmed up. Their equivalent of a dollar menu/value menu has some really good offers. The chicken little is cheap and filling, plus you can get 2 soft biscuits for only 89 cents. Love me some Colonial. And this is a pretty great location to get it!

  Had a family outing at a waterpark and ordered a full meal and sides which came to just over $45. We asked for plates and forks, napkins, etc. We got to the park and didn't have ANYTHING to eat the food with. No forks, spoons, napkins, plates, or anything. We had macaroni and mashed potatoes. We didn't have any way at all to eat the food (except for fingers which wasn't going to happen). We were all very hungry after hours at the park and in the heat. No way to get supplies. We ate the chicken and biscuits but everything else was wasted. I called Layton KFC and talked to the owners. They said they would have put the supplies in the bags. I denied it and they even went so far as to check cameras. They realized they didn't give us anything but didn't offer a refund or replacement. They did offer a free $4 cake. BIG DEAL. How does that compensate for wasting $45 and not having a meal? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
  Going to contact General Manager to complain. I haven't been back since and I won't be going back.
