Words cannot describe how absolutely awesome the cupcakes and other yummy products at Cutsie Cakes are! Along with a steady staple of cupcake flavors like red velvet and raspberry vanilla (my personal favorite), and 2 special daily flavors--Cutsie Cakes also offers a wide array of other homemade goodies like caramel apples, various types of cookies (their iced sugar cookies are to die for!), and "cake bites," which are essentially little mini balls of cupcake covered in chocolate. They even do wedding cakes, cheesecake, and chocolate-covered raspberries!

Having lived in Los Angeles right when the "cupcakery" was beginning to blow up into the next big thing, I can say that moving back to Utah was a disappointment until I discovered Utah ALSO had picked up on the trend. Cutsie Cakes competes with the best of them, and their products are absolutely addicting. As somone who goes in on a nearly weekly basis for my "fix," I can safely vouch for their deliciousness.

Another note--because cupcakeries appear to be popping up all over Utah--let me just say that Cutsie Cakes is a VALUE compared to the others along the Wasatch Front. In Los Angeles, the typical price for a cupcake is $3 (including tax). Here--it appears to be anywhere from $2.50-$3 ($3 at Sugar Tooth Fairy--also AWESOME cupcakes, but way overpriced). $2.50 is reasonable--and Cutsie Cakes gives you value for what you get. The other cupcakeries are similarly priced--but when you look at the SIZE of their cupcakes, you realize just how much you've been jipped. Cutsie Cakes is $2.50 (plus tax), and their cupcakes are gigantic by comparison. They're decorated adorably, and you can tell that Amber (the owner) is really passionate about what she does.

As a certified cupcake connosieur--with a certified addiction problem!--I highly recommend Cutsie Cakes now, as much as I recommend it to others in my daily life (happens all the time!). They're delicious, and Cutsie deliveres unparalelled value for the money. Make them your first stop before the others--you won't be sorry you did!

I had to write a review after visiting the store. I drive by this store on my way to work and have been curious about it. I looked them up on the net to get info and reviews and saw the five wonderful reviews and thought I would try the store. I should have looked at the reviews closer. The cupcakes were OK, but pretty pricy. The frosting on the ones I tried was bland, they were average. I was disappointed in the cupcakes, and in the reviews, so I looked at them again. Look at the reviews. All of them came in on the same day???? That's strange. All of them have 5 stars and all of them appear similar. I hate it when people manipulate the reviews cuz I rely on them when making my purchasing decisions.
